The very simplified point I make is somehow incorporate the more important thing other than money would be their time with the kid. Quit over charging the Dad in court astronomically and reward the father for making the effort of just being in that young persons life. Then I believe it will fix itself. The father will work harder for that child and that child will not grow up without the most imortant time to be youngin or molded into how you look at the world.
