Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the covid 19 numbers of cases and deaths both globally and here in the U.S. Asserting that the people dying are older and having pre-existing health challenges. Stating that because people are eating gluten and damaging their intestines they aren't absorbing nutrients. This nutrient deficiency results in the bone marrow fills with fat and can't produce platelets, white and red blood cells.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding an Irish study on vitamin D. Researchers found that the mortality rate in the hemisphere such as Austrailia is much lower than the northern hemisphere such as Italy and Spain. The populatons in the higher mortality countries also had low population levels of vitamin D. Speculating that these countries because of their geographical latitude they get insufficient sun exposure in the winter and spring. Recommending those populations should be supplementing with vitamin D3.
