I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me - Apostle Paul (Gal. 2:20)

This episode explores a sermon Jesus preached in the Temple courts on his last Sunday before he crucifixion. Contrary to what the crowd expected from the man who resurrected Lazarus from the dead, Jesus preached that he would die.  What? The author of life would die?

And...he called upon his followers to do the same, to die, to give up their lives for others and for the kingdom of God. Jesus was worth more crucified and resurrected than when he lived in flesh. He saved the world. And you and I are therefore also worth more "dead" than alive.
