TW: Child Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Mental Illness, Foul Language.
Lacey Spears was a young, single mother who poisoned her son, Garnett, for his entire short life. Suffering from Munchausen Syndrome By Proxy, Lacey poisoned Garnett, keeping him sick for attention, spending their time in and out of hospitals, and documenting Garnett's "health journey" on social media and blogs. Garnett died at the hands of his mother at 5 years old. Her poison of choice? Table salt.
