This podcast will explore criminal cases in Travis County, Texas, and the subsequent plea deals the defendants made with the district attorney's office.

In this first episode, we will talk about the murder of 21-year old Miranda Lopez, who was gunned down the day after Christmas 2020 while driving home with her sister after an outing.

Two men were ultimately charged with her death. In March 2023, the district attorney's office gave one of the alleged suspects a plea deal.
