The Bible tells us to "be angry, but don't sin." How do we do that. If you are married, I am sure you have been angry with your spouse at some point. If you have children, at some point you probably have been angy with them. Is it ok to be angry with them? How do we deal with that anger? In today's podcast, we talk about two types of anger - Justified Anger and Distorted Anger. What's the difference? How do you tell? In part 2 of dealing with anger we will discuss proper responses to both types of anger. Much of this material is based on our observations in working with couples and the book, "The Other Side of Love" by Dr. Gary Chapman.
