Why should you see a life coach instead of a therapist?
Why should you work on your insecurities about yourself before transitioning to a new job?
What should you know about some of those actors recurring on TV - that you might not know about them already?
….we’re talking ALL of this with Courtney Rioux on episode #58 of the Tony Rossi Show.
Courtney Rioux is an actor, author, and coach based in Chicago. As an actor, you may have seen her as paramedic Courtney on Chicago Med, the “Hot Shot Mom,” or heard her voice on commercials like Hershey's, Jimmy Dean, and Happy Meal. Beyond her work on TV and Voice Over, she offers custom coaching to help you get unstuck and design the life you want. One client described it as therapy without the therapy - more like a great chat with a best friend, reminding you who you are and what you dreamed of as a kid. She is currently working on her book, The Whole Artist. She also teaches at the Green Room Studio in Chicago, and is on the board of many committees on SAG AFTRA
