feeling down is a part of life, we have mountain top experiences and low valleys. even those who seem to walk close to heaven and do great things, have their moments of despair. Elijah was a mighty prophet, yet even he sat under a tree wishing for death. it was in those moments we see Gods gracious remedy for the moments of gloom.
