Lyndsey founded her integrative counseling practice in 2018. She is also an international best-selling author and mother of two. She supports women navigating their own awakening during their motherhood journey through fertility, pre-natal, post-partum, and beyond. She combines different therapeutic modalities to empower the matriarch of the family to trust her decision-making process, deeply connect to her partner and children and understand the energy mechanics of the family.
