Most might feel alone with such emotions, but I think all people that follow their dreams face opposition at many phases of their life's. Don't feel alone with this, no opposition can really stop you as long as you don't stop. 

I know you would love to share your excitement with people that you love but some people will never gain an understanding of what you are doing, that's very unfortunate but it's true. They are as convinced of their opinion as much as you are convinced of your passion. Sometimes it's tempting to tell them about the newest achievement or discovery you have made but I hope you will learn soon enough to not insist on sharing your passion with the wrong people, it will always be you that's gonna be hurt in the end. 

I hope you can start looking for new people to share your passion with.
