Many folks deal with grief at one time or another in their lives. I lost my beloved sister on November 1st from her fight with Parkinsons Disease. While I knew her death was coming it still wasn't easy as my sister was almost like a 2nd Mother to me. She was 10 years older than myself and taught me many lessons in my life. She was on this earth 10 years before I ever came along and could have been totally resentful of me stealing the spotlight from her. However, this was not the case as she treated me as if I was her baby. She always had my back and even beat up on the neighborhood bully when he was picking up on me. If you or a friend or relative are going through grief this podcast might give you some ideas on how to deal with grief.
