Hey girl, thank you for being here for this episode. In this episode, Tammy from The Path To Tranformation podcast shares her journey through grieving the loss of her mom. Tammy's mom had been sick since 2009 and suddenly passed away in 2019. Tammy was having a hard time finding the time to grief but found herself forced to grief when the pandemic hit in 2020. Everything shutting down in 2020 forced Tammy to slow down and deal with her grief. Grieving is not a linear process but everyone goes through the journey in their own way. Tammy shares what has helped her with her grieving process.
