Sometimes it's hard to practice silence and solitude when you are dealing with internal noise. It's easy to deal with external noise. Just go to a quiet place. But what about internal noise? They go with us regardless of the area we are in. There is nothing to worry about because internal noise is the material that God wants us to deal with in our silence and solitude in His presence. God is present in reality, and our inner noise is our reality.
