Dealing with Intimidation

For LifeLine Church, this is a time of:

  • Transition
  • Acceleration (changing lanes)
  • Entering in
  • Going deeper
  • Taking new ground
  • Recognising that God prepares a table in the presence of our enemies

    • He’s talked to us about crossing the Jordon:

    • Doing impossible things
    • Setting out in obedience (taking the presence of God into the water) before we know we’re going to make it
    • What does it mean for me?

      • What will it look like on the other side? God is asking us to think about what He can do, not what I or we can do in my/our strength.

      • A change in an atmosphere…
      • A shift in the gears…

        • The enemy wants to keep us intimidated. Whenever we step into something new, there’s a push back. With the Holy Spirit with us we overcome. Whenever we step into something new, we’ll face opposition and intimidation – the land needs to be won, it’s not empty, it’s occupied and needs to be won. We have to battle in prayer!
