Hey everyone and welcome back to another episode of the Podcast. Today we are taking a dive into negativity, not just within content but withing your life. Each day, we face new challenges that make us question who we are and why we do what we do. However, a lot of the time we aren't really told how o deal with it or why it actually happens in the first place.

What you have to realise is that if you are getting into any new business that you are passionate about, you are going to get negative people, those who want to bring you down and stop you achieving everything you want to achieve. You need to look for ways to better yourself, or even help them in the situation. There is so much more to negativity than meets the eye. I want to take you through my life experiences and what I have learned from it all!
