Laundry. Seating arrangements at a wedding. Inviting family to a BBQ. Boyfriends. Grandkids. Using the good cutlery. Birthday presents. The frequency of phone calls... and lack of appreciation. Nazanin's relationship with her mum is great 99% of the time, but then along comes that 1% and BAM! They don't talk for three months... and they live together! Now in her adulthood, she's come to realise a part of it's due to a lack of parental EQ. All the while, Lem's decided to take a different approach when it comes to arguments, and that is asking her mum to apologise when she's in the wrong. Do your parents lack emotional intelligence?
