Self-doubt means we're doubting either who we are, our abilities and talents, and/or our infinite potential. We are not believing in ourselves, we're not trusting ourselves, we don't have confidence in ourselves. When we're operating to simply survive, we feel emotions such as fear, doubt, resentment, hurt, stress, worry, and disappointment. In order for you the become the best version of yourself, you have to heal, start loving yourself, and you have to learn how to stop doubting yourself. And that's what I'm addressing in this episode--what emotions you need to tap into, and what you need to do to operate from a state that is filled with peace, creativity, love, compassion, and joy.
