Has something interrupted your fitness journey? If it hasn't yet it will eventually. Injuries, illnesses, moves - they're gonna happen! We have to learn how to use setbacks to our advantage because if you take a passive approach and let them break your healthy habits and derail your momentum, they can cause a lot of damage.
