In this episode, the Fab 5 talks about how stress impacts us and the best way to deal with it. As long as we are alive, we are bound to face stressful situations caused by our actions or the actions of others. Since we can’t stop such situations, we should arm ourselves with the strength necessary to deal with them. This can be done through practicing meditation, exercising, practicing gratitude, and journaling, among others.
