Strong personalities are in every work environment in every sector of the workforce.  These types of people can also be characterized as, "Difficult to work with".  A seemingly bias view that have overbearing need to force ideas on everyone around them.  These types of people are often the ones taking the lead on problem solving since they see only one way to tackle issues.  But most times they find them selves on the outside looking in the rest of the time.
