Every one of us as a Christian, I suspect, struggles with a specific sin in our lives that persists regardless of the concern that we have felt, the efforts that we have exerted, and the prayers that we have offered to our Lord to deliver us. It is the common experience of most Christians to struggle with a troubling, besetting sin, of which they seem to be unable to subdue and defeat. We will give our attention to this matter within the context of Hebrews 12:1-3.
