A report released by Public Safety Canada in 2016 suggested that over 20 percent of ‘extremist travelers’ were women and some of these women may currently be residing in Canada.  Do Canadian authorities treat these women differently than they do their male counterparts? And if so why?

Late last week the Mayor’s Council approved a long sought after UBC Skytrain extension. Lots of questions still remain, like the cost of the project likely to have a massive price tag.  If the government can spend all this cash on a new Skytrain line, why isn’t there money available for an inquiry into money laundering in BC?
