Unfortunately life throws you things at the worst times but it's how you deal with them that matters. I went on a family holiday but had to go in to hospital because of an injury and literally couldn't walk. 

I was given crutches and told not to do anything that put weight on my leg. For some people this would ruin their holiday but in this episode i share with you my thoughts and how i dealt with it.
