Dean Gaylor, an industrial designer, is director of Mance Design. Established by the late Geoffrey Mance, Gaylor speaks honestly about the issues facing lighting designers in Australia. 

Like his predecessor, Gaylor designs bespoke lighting for architects and interior designers and works between smaller domestic projects to large commercial projects both in Australia and overseas.
