Las Vegas Raiders own DeAndre Carter has overcome adversity in all ways possible. After going undrafted in the NFL, he found a way to win and has turned it into a 8 year career. DeAndre discusses it wasn't always easy, especially playing with Type 1 Diabetes... yes DeAndre also is part of the Beyond Type 1 organization and his experience playing football from youth to high school to college to the NFL all while having Diabetes is very inspiring.
