Deanna Dikeman started taking pictures of her parents' waving goodbye from their driveway in Iowa in 1991. What started as simply "a picture" has turned into a body of deeply impactful work that gently encourages us to capture the moments that matter.  Deanna's photos have been showcased by Eren Orbey in the New Yorker magazine, and will be the subject of her upcoming book "Leaving and Waving."  Our conversation is honest, insightful, and a beautiful wake up call.
