In this episode, we asked black mommas from all walks of life and various stages of parenthood to write Dear America and Dear Son letters. Their words are glimpses into the the hearts of mothers navigating life for their children amidst two pandemics - a virus and systemic racism. As we reel from the murder of George Floyd, we are hurt, saddened, angry, frustrated and all around, not okay. At the same time, we are hopeful, faithful, determined and committed to being a part of the solution for change.
