Host Arun Rath speaks with Dr. Nicholas Reich, a professor of biostatistics and and epidemiology at UMass-Amherst. Reich and his colleagues are trying to model the coronavirus pandemic to get a sense of its possible outcomes. Arun also hears from Francesca Panetta, Creative Director at MIT’s Center for Virtuality. Panetta is an organizer of the Corona Diaries, an open-source effort to document the pandemic.
