Moments of clarity happened in this therapeutic session, and I wanted to share thoughts on what life has presented itself onto me this year. It’s almost October and I feel like time is just flying by. I want to recollect my experiences as much as possible. I like to think of it as a mental diary. Figuring out life is a journey in of its own. I’m just trying to enjoy the ride. Maybe y’all can relate. 🙏🏼
