Have you ever flicked through your journal and thought ‘wOoow’ what a crazy time that was, glad I am not there anymore’ haha? We have too, and not only do we have a chuckle, but stopping to reflect allows us to see how greatly journalling has impacted us over the years.
We both began journalling about 2 years ago and since then, have noticed a shift towards more positive feelings within ourselves. So today we are taking a look back on our personal journalling styles and progress over the last couple of years. What do we find most satisfying from journalling? What benefits have we reaped from writing? And what tips and tricks have we picked up along the way?
It can be hard to know where to start when you first out pen to paper so we hope this episode may be a source of inspiration for someone to consider giving journalling a go, or a bit of encouragement others need to write more!
