This is a short beautiful poem that I recently wrote for my beloved Grandmother before she transitioned. She was fully conscious + able to hear these words that I wrote to her. She always encouraged me to write because I loved writing so much.

I'll always keep a journal + a pen. See you next lifetime Grandma; I love you forever. We will meet again.
