This was a difficult one to record and release but I hope it helps any one of you out there in the same boat. If you’ve experienced childhood trauma and you’ve been made as the scapegoat, life can get tough. Relationships can be even more tough. Finding your peace within all of this is very tricky. Today I read an open note to my sister whom I’ve had a difficult few years with. I decided to release all of the hurt and frustration in this episode. It’s difficult to listen to but it’s also a reality for so many of us. I hope that this episode touches you in one way or another.
