Have you ever screwed up a relationship with friends or a loved one? Once? Maybe twice?! Been forgiven and then do the same thing again!!!! Like ur in a washing machine cycle? Ugh!

I have! This is a letter to my used-to-be friend(s) who deserve my apology. Although I may never have that relationship again, I feel a need to grow through the pain and face where I went wrong. It's a part of life, right? I'm pledging to get out of that washer cycle now!!! With self-growth and lots of love the cycle does NOT have to be repeated!
