Working with white people gotta be one of the hardest things in life to deal wit. They always have their way and even go out their way to get u fired or overslave u when it comes to working. Black ppl see the injustices and don’t even speak up for u until u quit or get fired. And even then they still never speak up because they are too cowardly to stand for whats right. White folks see it all the time and never say nothing cause they don’t wanna start drama or lose friends when in reality they was never your friend cause they ain’t speak up. THIS IS NOT A HATE SPEECH THIS IS FACTS THAT GO ON IN BLACK LIVES WORKING FOR A WHITE PERSON
