Let me say it one more time for the people in the back: white people can experience bias. They can feel excluded, hurt, or uncomfortable. But that is not racism.

Racism is a structure — not a mood.

And when you confuse the two, you not only discredit real oppression — you center yourself in a conversation that isn’t about you.
