Our line-up includes Dear White People, which opened last Friday at FilmScene, and will continue to play throughout the weekend and following week. Next, we'll be discussing Kathryn Bigelow's sci-fi thriller Strange Days, which plays this Saturday night, November 8, at 11PM, as part of Bijou After Hours. Finally we'll be discussing Happy Valley, a documentary that explores Penn State football culture in the wake of Jerry Sandusky's arrest. Happy Valley plays at FilmScene Tuesday, November 11, at 6PM as part of Bijou Film Forum. Professor Travis Vogan, from UI's School of Journalism and Mass Communication, will be joining us during our third segment to discuss the film.
