On this wrap up segment, I recapped the first 8 episodes to Volume 1 of this podcast. I thanked and shouted out all of my guests for bringing their experiences and truths to the studio for everyone to hear. It's not easy to come on this platform and share your truth for others to hear. I appreciate the non-judgemental mindsets, the laughter, and words of wisdom shared.
