This episode is part Twenty-Four of the epilogue for Stanley's letters, "Dearest Ones," that he wrote to his family throughout the Second World War.  Michael G. Sievers, the writer, producer and creator of "The Silver King's War" podcast series, reviews his father's war from early December 1944 in Northern France. Stanley irons clothes for his first Paris visit.  He loved the city, subway and ladies. He's rising in his role through work as a Duty Bombardier and assignment as the lead bombardier in a three-ship element on his fifth mission.
