What a beautiful fairy tale!

This is a wonderful read for fans of Charles De Lint and Terry Windling, a tale of the Border between the world of humanity and the Faery Realm. Well-told, with female characters who aren't just strong but realized magnificently. Just can't find enough superlatives, or recommend this enough.
