What is death? It is not a permanent removal or extermination of something. Look at a pebble. Does it ever disappear? Or get smaller and larger and transform into more or less of itself. Everything that has ever been will continue to exist, but it will also transform. So what does death look like for us? It looks like reprieve from who you thought you had to be. It looks like reprieve from living a false life. Death is reprieve from who you are not. Death is not your end, but your transformation. That’s what this episode is about.
