Death by Default

Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

American Christianity is an abomination in the eye’s of the Lord. Today’s so called Church of God is blind, lame, dumb, and deaf to the ways and the heart of God. We have forsaken His commands and His ways for His people.

The Church holds no power against the raging enemy because it refuses to submit to the methods of the world. The Church is consumed by the lust of the eye’, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life.

Acts 5:1-11 1 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, 2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles’ feet. 3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? 4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. 5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things. 6 And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him. 7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in. 8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much. 9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out. 10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband. 11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.

When the unbeliever got saved they gave up all of there possessions and desires were transformed from earthly things to eternal things. Looking back was not an option, and a life with Jesus Christ was complete victory over the things of this world!

Ananias, and Sapphira were evidently not fully commited to the Lord but they had doubt, and with doubt comes a lack of faith, and a lack of faith means to allow unbelief to cause oneself to create a back up plan incase this Jesus stuff doesn’t work out!

Hypocrisy has invaded the Church, and has allowed the majority to camouflage their Christianity!

We hide our faith and camouflage ourselves so that we can avoid uncomfortable situations. God forbid someone speaks bad about us, or that we’re confronted for our faith!

The camouflaged Christian will take no stance against sin. They will ignore it, or turn the other cheek. They will make excuses and say things like “it doesn’t involve me, or I’ll let God be the Judge.

Jude 1:23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

The preaching against sin has diminished, it’s like it’s not allowed. For the sake of the numbers brother don’t dare mention people’s faults! Don’t tell them that God is a God who hates sin! Let them just go right into Hell with the peace of mind that they had their pleasures met in this life!

Psalms 5:4 For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.
