 3/4 Ounce(s) Scotch Whiskey
3/4 Ounce(s) Dry Vermouth
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Lemon Juice
1 Dash(es) Orange Bitters
Shake with ice and strain and then serve in a cocktail glass.
