This exercise is a way to help us when we are feeling or experiencing actions that are not healthy, such as excessive anger, self-hatred, shame, guilt, self-harming, and addiction. If you need help then do not be afraid to reach out, grievance councilors offer support and tools to help you through the darkest of times.
