We have been taught to fear death, but truly there is nothing to fear. The fear is the poison that keeps us separate from Spirit, and those in control will do everything to keep us afraid of the dark, which holds so much power.

I share with you the experiences and perspectives about death that I have gained while working with Ancient Mesoamerican traditions, and after having a recent near-death experience. Death is not an end so much as a beginning. Life is ultimately just a process of dying.
