In the 1980's and 1990's, heavy metal music was taken to a new extreme in places like Sweden, Norway and Finland. Bands no longer rode Harley's on stage or sung of dungeons n dragons. Now, they mutilated themselves onstage, worshipped Satan and stuck pig heads on pikes at pive shows. All to a super charged beat with shredding guitars amd gutteral screams.
