It's been ten years since we lost the gothic metal vampire king, Peter Steele. I reflect on the loss (as well as that of Ronnie James Dio and Lemmy Kilmister) and tout my affection for Type O Negative's swansong "Dead Again." No, it likely isn't the album that turned you on to TON (that was probably "Bloody Kisses"), and no, it doesn't have the band's best song (I don't mention it on the podcast, but surely it is "Love You to Death" from "October Rust"), but "Dead Again" is top-to-bottom a classic, brilliant record. RIP Peter.
