After actively participating in this community for several months, Sheryl recognized a significant gap in the animal care landscape—a lack of a platform that could facilitate real-time conversations and connections surrounding specific animals. In response to this realization, she took the initiative to develop the Pet Pardon app, which stands as the pioneering solution of its kind. This groundbreaking platform eases the burden on shelters and rescues by establishing a simpler channel for animal advocates to contribute donations and support animals listed for euthanasia.

Sheryl's passion for animals has been a lifelong devotion, evident through her history of providing a home for numerous stray animals and contributing to various animal organizations worldwide. In 2018, she made the pivotal decision to leave her corporate role as a Marketing & Communications Director and wholeheartedly dedicate herself to the cause of Pet Pardon. Since then, she has never glanced back, fully committed to making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable animals.
