We reach the third and final part of the Summer of Necro (at least on the Deathmatch Royalty side!) as we head to 2006 and PWG's Battle of Los Angeles where two of the meanest collide: Necro vs SUPER DRAGON (clap 5 times)! In a rare moment for this show - this is also a first time watch for me but as I explain one moment of the match stands out a LOT...Joining us this time is Akuma from Filipino Pro Wrestling (FPW)

So if you watched Dark Side Of The Ring's episode of Necro vs Joe (and if you haven't go and watch AFTER listening to this) you'll have seen Mad Man Pondo mention this match and the gory injury that followed.Needless to say this is probably the goriest one we've had to date on Deathmatch Royalty yet! Here to talk about his memories of working IWA Mid-South in 2002 and of this night in particular that also had the great Tracy Smothers start a near riot as only he could plus much more: the patriarch of The Fannin Family and manager to the NEW IWA Heavyweight champion Connor Hopkins (check out the Wrestlearts Youtube for more...) Jim Fannin!

So given that Necro Butcher's going to be the name a lot of people will be talking about in recent days - we're releasing a very special episode of Deathmatch Royalty where we cover the infamous match from IWA Mid-South's Something To Prove! It also made sense that we'd get the perspective from someone that was there on that day so making his return on the pod - the patriarch of The Fannin Family and IWA Mid-South alum Jim Fannin! This is also part of our special summer mini series on Necro - look out for episodes on Super Dragon from PWG BOLA 2006 and the goriest match we've covered yet - IWA Mid-South's No Blood, No Guts, No Glory 2002 against Mad Man Pondo plus with Slammasters Entertainment System - the Necro Mixtapes!
