One article came out recently, stated that “China is slowly embracing the 2nd phase of the COVID-19. Most of the cities in China are fearful and uncertain about what could happen to the nation again.” Meanwhile, Chinese government seems to hold ambivalent attitudes.

During the national conference, Chinese President Xi Jin Ping urged everyone to follow the rules, and encouraging international partners to “trust” the capabilities of the Chinese government, China is ready to “save” the world.
