Debbie started Cornell as pre-med, only to quickly pivot to business with the help of her incredible professor and mentor, Professor Avery.

With successful internships and jobs in production and politics, under her belt, Debbie earned an MBA at Columbia University and landed a job at American Express.

After 14 years at AmEx, she listened to her calling to help companies become more efficient and grow their businesses while starting her own. She founded Cowdin Collaborative, a firm that allows her to use her left and right brain, and to meet Michelle at Orange Theory Fitness once a week.
